Bart is a one of a kind Watusi. He has developed into an outstanding individual with good body and horn development. He has been worked with extensively and is extremely friendly and easy to be around; in fact, he is actually a pest, constantly wanting attention. His sire, Liar’s Lake Kenya Jim, was a large bodied solid red Watusi bull who sired many great calves and show winners. His dam, Liar’s Lake Sirenket, is a dark red cow by the great bull Adventure, himself sired by the famous bull, Great Adventure. This bull has the potential of developing into one of the premier bulls of the Watusi breed.

Liar’s Lake Mr. I.B. Spots

We used Liar’s Lake Mr I.B. Spots as our only herdsire for several years and were very happy with the results. He provided us with many colorful and correct foals, too many of which we kept for our herd, so we were forced to replace him rather than continue line breeding to his daughters.

Liar’s Lake Survivor

Survivor pretty much speaks for himself in quality and size. We have a few calves on the market from him. Survivor was sired by the well known bull, Liar’s Lake Kenya Jim himself by the Catskill bull Heinz and out of Kathy, one of the highest selling females in the breed. On his dam’s side he goes back to the famous Great Adventure. He represents a combination of tremendous bloodlines. We do have semen available at $35.00 per straw.

Mac’s Fortune

Mac’s Fortune is a colorful young bull who comes from famous bloodlines. His sire, Big Mac McGwire is a very well know herdsire, he is the sire of a number of show winning offspring and is himself a multiple winner of Premier Herdsire. Mac’s Fortune’s dam is Fortune’s Blaze II who hereself is also a multiple winner of Grand Champion cow at the Colorado State Fair.

This is a nice, solid young cow. She is the daughter of a very colorful bull, Liar’s Lake Taji, a bull created by crossing the Great Adventure Park’s bloodlines with the San Diego Zoo and a solid red cow, Liar’s Lake Stephanie, herself the result of crossing several very old bloodlines. Marcela has already had two calves and has been exposed to the colorful bull, Mac’s Fortune for a possible 2008 calf.
